The hotel rooms are small but very nice and clean, exceeding the standard for a 3-star business hotel in Chuo, the center of Tokyo. The service is incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing useful directions and advice. While the location is convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants, it is not particularly strategic, though the friendly staff and 24-hour front desk add value. The dining experience is decent but could offer more variety. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money.

7.4/10
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a good size bed, big LCD TV, wired internet access, and very effective air conditioning, making for a comfortable experience. While the non-smoking double room might be considered small for some, it served our needs perfectly as we only used it for sleeping and showering. The quiet atmosphere was ideal for a restful night's sleep. However, the front desk's limited English could be challenging, and the 24-hour availability was not fully adhered to during our early check-out at 5 am, prompting us to seek assistance from an unexpected source. Overall, a decent choice for a budget stay.
